
Welcome to my new site!
I’m excited to share something I’ve been working on behind the scenes: my newly redesigned website. You might be wondering why now? This update has been a meaningful milestone for me, as it marks the 10 years, I have been supporting businesses and the public service in Ireland build their leadership capability. I cannot believe that it has been that long, but clearly, they are right: time does fly when you are having fun! A big thank you to all the organisations, leaders and teams that put their trust in me during this time, and to those coaches I have partnered with to deliver!
Why the change now?
Possibly the most important driver for the update was the need I see in organisations:
- the need to be able to adapt to change (AI, automation, ESG, workforce needs, restructuring etc)
- the need to figure out how to drive connection and motivation through these changes in an often hybrid world of work
- the need to create a culture that can deliver on the organisation’s purpose whilst supporting employees at all levels to deliver

10 Year Milestone & Aunty Anne
Also, as the 10-year milestone approached, I realised that the current site didn’t reflect how my practice had changed. It was more of an online validation page: I exist, I am real! I wanted something that could clarify the why, what and how of what I did (thanks Simon Sinek!) more clearly for people. I remember very early doors, when my Aunty Anne asked my mam, what is Aileen doing now? Mam told her I was coaching. Aunty Anne looked confused and asked is it the hurling or the football? If you knew me you would understand the generosity of Aunty Anne’s response (I’m not known for my athletic prowess), and if you knew my Aunty Anne you wouldn’t be surprised at that generosity (she was such a gorgeous woman, generous and kind to a fault)! But I have found that others have the same confusion and often ask – “but what exactly is it that you do?” Well, this site, is my answer to that question.

Leadership Coaching, Development & Training
I help organisations build their leadership capability. I don’t have a one size that fits all, because in my opinion that doesn’t exist – or if it does: it’s a sheet (great for beds, or ghost costumes at Halloween, but not necessarily what you need)! I tailor my offering to the need that we align on, maybe executive coaching or team coaching, or a leadership development programme.
