I’m passionate about leadership and organisational development, especially through coaching and training. I’ve delivered coaching programmes in academic and professional settings and continuously evolve my approach with the latest thinking in coaching, team effectiveness, neuroscience, somatic intelligence, collaboration techniques, and systems thinking.

I co-led the postgraduate diploma in Team Coaching, part of UCD’s MSc in Business & Executive Coaching. The course blends theory with real-world team coaching, giving students both knowledge and practical tools. intelligence and team effectiveness. Through direct coaching and guided reflection, I help them apply coaching principles within their teams and careers.
