A typical engagement for your business or team follows four key phases:

1. Needs Assessment

It begins with your reality: we map out what you need, then build a practical, tailored programme to support it.

2. Data Gathering

Insights are collected from your team and key stakeholders through interviews and/or surveys, giving you a clear picture of your strengths, challenges, and opportunities. The goal is practical: focus the work where it will have real impact.

3. Workshops & Live Coaching

You start with a review of the insights from the data gathering and identify your key priorities. From there, we co-create a series of tailored workshops to address those areas. In addition, we deliver live coaching in your actual team meetings to strengthen your collaboration in action.

4. Wrap-Up & Future Focus

Our final session is about embedding what’s been learned and equipping team members to bring this way of working into other teams – extending the impact beyond just this group.

Typical Duration

Your time and energy matter, we will plan this work to suit your availability and in line with the outcome you are looking for.

Full engagements run over 6–9 months.

Workshops are 2 hours to half-day sessions, with optional full days.

Live coaching happens during your regular team meetings, so no extra time needed.
