“As I sought to find a way to improve how we collaborated as a senior leadership team, reaching out to the market, I was offered ‘canned solutions’ – trainings/processes I could run the team through from most other providers – I knew that was not what was needed. The comprehensive programme that was put in place enabled us to develop our individual leadership skills, and equally evaluate and improve how we provide leadership to the broader organisation. A core part of the programme was team coaching. Aileen and her Co-Coach Natalie conducted a series of half day workshops, where they enabled us to surface difficult issues, have frank and constructive conversations around how to deal with those issues, and create a shared vision for how we could collaborate more fully together.
