About.
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” – Viktor E Frankl
No time for the long story?
That’s fine, here’s the quick version of why me!
- Business Background
I’ve been there, with 20+ years of business and operational experience prior to setting up my business, I understand the challenges that leaders face, because I faced them too!
- Leadership Development Experience
For the past 10 years, I have worked with organisations to help them develop their leaders and teams. (I buy expensive creams – please don’t do the maths!)
- Qualifications
I’m qualified to master’s level and may have, at least according to my family, a slight addiction to learning (see below for more detail).
- Quality Assurance
I am in ongoing coaching supervision. This means that I have dedicated support to confidentially discuss and quality proof my work.
- Flexibility
I adapt every engagement to your needs, because one size does not fit all!
My Approach to Coaching
The Fine Print
I’m with Einstein –”it is insane to continue doing the same things and expect your results to improve”. Whether I’m coaching, training or supporting our participants on a coaching diploma I understand my role as a catalyst for their change:

Projects implemented in country over 6 – 9 months average.
- Led Teams & Launches across EMEA
- Global Capability Development – partnering with teams in Singapore and Seattle.
The CV
Change and I go way back!
Studied in DCU
- International marketing and languages (German, French).
Left Ireland to start my professional life in Germany
- Worked in sales in Guinness GmbH, looking after importers, wholesalers and publicans.
- Moved into operational management consulting for Celerant GmbH. We helped organisations implement lean (think Toyotas production methodologies) and six sigma (think maths/statistics) to drive operational results. Leadership development was core to the approach.
- We delivered multi-geography projects across Europe. I worked in Germany, UK, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, France, Switzerland and the Ukraine and got insight into may sectors (eg automotive, chemicals, telecommunications, IT, heavy engineering, manufacturing)
Moved back to Ireland and worked for Microsoft European Operations centre
- Held a wide portfolio of roles, for details see linkedin.com/in/aileengleeson
- Managed teams, led launches for EMEA, led global initiatives, engaged in site-wide people development forums, mentored and coached employees
- Learned so much from amazing colleagues and mentors. I left because I wanted a different focus but have been back to support since.
