What a Team Effectiveness Programme Looks Like

Programmes vary depending on organisational needs, but common structures include:

1. Team Effectiveness Intensive (2–3 Days)

An immersive programme designed to give managers a deep understanding of what drives team effectiveness. Includes practical frameworks, real-world applications, and structured opportunities to apply learning to their current team contexts.

2. Modular Programme (Over Several Weeks)

Delivered as a series of half-day workshops, each session builds on the last. Topics include psychological safety, clarity of purpose and roles, effective communication, and managing team performance. Participants commit to action between workshops, applying what they have learned within their own context. The following workshop allows participants the chance to share their learnings and receive coaching on their challenges.

3. Integrated Team Leadership Development Journey

A comprehensive approach that includes 1:1 coaching, emotional intelligence psychometrics, and group learning workshops. Designed for organisations seeking long-term, embedded change. Supports deeper self-awareness and behaviour change in how managers lead their teams.

How Team Training Works with Me

We begin by understanding the leadership context:
