Why Global Organisations Favour Group Coaching?

  • Are inconsistent leadership behaviours stalling progress and creating confusion?
  • Is siloed working making it harder for your colleagues to connect, collaborate, and deliver on what matters?
  • Could your people benefit from a stronger peer network: one that supports learning, honest conversation, and real accountability?

If you answered yes to any of these, you’re in good company! Many leaders I work with are facing similar issues and looking for practical solutions.

Group coaching helps to break these patterns and build something better.

Build Consistent Effective Leadership with Group Coaching

Group coaching builds leadership capability by shifting real-world behaviours. Participants develop practical skills and apply them directly in their roles. Between sessions, they take focused action: building momentum, deepening learning, and delivering results that are visible across the organisation.

The focus areas for the programme are agreed with you upfront and adapted to your needs.

Group Coaching topic examples:

  • Coaching Skills

It begins with your reality: we map out what you need, then build a practical, tailored programme to support it.

  • Emotional Intelligence

Improve self-awareness, empathy, and relationship management

  • Managing Difficult Conversations & Conflict

Learn to navigate tension constructively and build confidence handling performance, behaviour, or interpersonal issues.

  • People & Performance Management

Strengthen clarity, accountability, and support, balancing empathy with outcomes.

  • Influence & Leadership Presence

Help leaders communicate with confidence, build trust, and increase their ability to motivate others.

Breaking the Silo-Effect with Group Coaching

Group coaching builds leadership skills while strengthening connection across your organisation. Unlike team coaching, which focuses on one intact team, group coaching brings together individuals from different areas to learn, grow, and lead together.

This delivers some unexpected benefits for participants:

  • Deeper understanding of the organisational system as a whole and how their role fits into it
  • Greater confidence navigating the organisation and influencing the right people to make things happen
  • More empathy and clarity around other people’s challenges. Even in relationships that have been difficult in the past

group coaching brings together individuals from different areas to learn, grow, and lead together.

Create Better Networks Through Group Coaching

As participants connect through group coaching, something powerful happens! They stop seeing themselves as working in isolation. Instead, they build trusted relationships across functions, share ideas more openly, and gain confidence in their leadership through honest dialogue and support.

This creates more than just individual growth.

It builds a networked group of leaders who:

  • Collaborate more effectively
  • Influence beyond their roles
  • Deliver real, measurable impact across the organisation

When done well, the impact is clear:

More confident leaders, real behavioural change embedded across your organisation and internal networks that last well beyond the programme.

How does a Group Coaching Process work?

Each group coaching engagement is shaped around your organisational context and the needs of your people.

While every group coaching process is tailored, here’s how it typically unfolds:

1. Needs Assessment

We begin with a focused conversation to understand your context, including:

  • the leadership skills you want to develop
  • the challenges your people face
  • the outcomes that matter most to your organisation
  • the culture you are working to embed

This helps us shape a programme that’s tailored and aligned with what you need most.

2. Group Formation.

Groups are carefully formed to reflect shared development needs while bringing together different roles and perspectives. This mix strengthens learning and encourages cross-functional collaboration from day one.

3. Goal Setting

Together, we define clear and meaningful goals that are:

  • Individual and collective
  • Aligned with real-world challenges and strategic priorities
  • Broken down into practical actions
  • Revisited and tracked throughout the programme

4. Coaching Sessions

Each session blends structure and flexibility. Expect a mix of practical input, peer coaching, and reflection, all focused on what participants can apply immediately in their roles.

5. Practice Between Sessions

Participants are supported to test out new tools and behaviours in their day-to-day work, building momentum through shared accountability and peer learning. They use the following session to reflect on what worked and what was challenging. The group provides support, input and learns from each others experience.

6. Reflection and Wrap

We close by consolidating learning, celebrating progress, and identifying what’s next. Participants build a professional development plan, so the impact continues long after the final session.

What to Expect When Working with Me

This isn’t one-size-fits-all. We co-design your group coaching programme to reflect your organisation’s culture, leadership priorities, and current challenges.
Together, we agree the core focus areas, which shape the overall structure. While sessions are anchored in this framework, they remain responsive to the real-time needs and dynamics of the group.
I bring both strong support and thoughtful challenge. This creates a space where your people can try out new approaches, gain insight from peers, and put that learning into real-world action.
And the research backs it up:
People remember up to 90% of what they learn when they learn with others, BUT only 30% when they’re just being talked at.
Group coaching sessions draw on evidence-based practices from coaching psychology, leadership development, team dynamics, and adult learning.
This means participants don’t just talk about leadership: they experience it, test new thinking, and apply tools that are proven to work in real organisational settings.
Real change happens when people stretch beyond their comfort zones, with the right support. That’s where deep learning takes place.
We guide participants to explore new ways of thinking, strengthen their leadership toolkit, and fine-tune their approach. The result? Tangible, sustainable change that carries through teams, relationships, and day-to-day results.
